Shipping

We offer free standard tracked shipping to all Australian and New Zealand orders with every busy book purchase and any purchase over $99.

We ship with Australia Post.

• A standard $9.99 flat rate is charged for purchases less than $99 or that does not include a busy book. 
• Express shipping is available for $15.
• All international orders will incur a $25 shipping fee.

We will do our best to pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Because we use Australia Post:

• Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for most metro cities in Australia, while WA/NT and regional areas take roughly 6-10 business days.
• Standard shipping takes 14-28 days for international orders, while express shipping takes roughly 7-14 days.
• International shipping to most countries is available.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Please check your order confirmation as soon as you place your order. If your delivery address needs to be amended please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery Guidelines

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time frames provided to you at all times however we do not guarantee delivery at a specific day or time as per our terms and conditions. If you want to read more about this please read our Terms & Conditions. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday). 

To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. 

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other courier delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Wonder Kids reasonable control.
